MY ADVICE: TAKE A PICTURE BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT BACK.

They use to be very helpful, gave us coupons, the whole 9 yards, until he made a mistake, and refused to recognize it or rectify it. He lost my mother's brown leather coat the week after Thanksgiving. Then he ran around not giving us straight answers through phone tag and visiting the shop until the 2nd week in February, where it escalated quickly to him threatening to call the cops because he believed my mother was trying to swindle him. She was not, and left the shop in tears because of the false accusations and threats.



The owner is FAR TOO PROUD TO ADMIT HIS MISTAKES and claims that it is her coat (but its not) and although my mother didn't have to pay for the cleaning she no longer has her $200+ jacket, she now has a jacket that doesn't even fit, and isn’t the same style.
