Very good meal breakfast lunch or dinner

We visited Perkins at Airport Plaza last night and it will be the last time I visit that location because of a combination of incompetence and uncleanliness. We arrived at 6:20 pm and were immediately seated. We placed our order and waited over 50 minutes for our food. At least three times I asked our waiter what was going on with our order. He insisted the kitchen was backed up and it would be right out. Finally I asked for a manager and was told our ticket had fallen to the ground and was overlooked. The manager then grabbed an order of mozzarella sticks and put them on our table seeming to think that was a satisfactory solution instead of dealing with the waiter's incompetence. We did have a buy one get one coupon which was to be used anyway. The ladies room was beyond filthy. It was not usable. It was a horrible experience and the employees need to learn about customer service skills. We did not feel valued as customers at all! Too bad 0 stars was not an option for the rating!

Love it. Great value and food quality. We share a breakfast order their everything omelet, comes with 3 pancakes enough for two. They even offer seniors a 10% discount

This is a fantastic place to eat. The staff is great and the owner seems to always be around to make sure that things go right. The food is always good and made the way you want. They always go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. If it's not on the menu and you ask they will try and help you out.
