Mr. Salami has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2000 and in New Jersey since 2001. His practice is focused in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as personal injury litigation. As of the spring of 2017, Mr. Salami is charging a fee of $900.00 for residential real estate transactions. The fee for commercial real estate transactions varies and largely depends upon the complexity of the transaction. Mr. Salamis father was a well-known and respected real estate developer for 30 years on Staten Island. He comes from a family of real estate brokers who actively listed and sold real estate in Richmond County for over 20 years. Mr. Salami has resided in Hazlet, NJ since 2004. He has maintained a law practice at his former location at 221 Middle Road and presently at 58 Village Court. Mr. Salami is willing to travel anywhere in the State of New Jersey and most of the State of New York to handle your real estate closing. He has closed files from Cape May all the way up north through Bergen County and all over the State of New York, including Buffalo. Mr. Salami prides himself in his "contract to closing" service in that he will review or prepare an initial Contract of sale; recommend a highly qualified home inspector the client should consult with if they do not have one; review a home inspection report and negotiate credits and repairs; order title report and review and clear any objections to title; recommend lending institutions to clients who are in need of such advice and review all mortgage documentation with clients prior to and at the time of closing. Mr. Salami attends all of his closings personally unless he has a conflict with Court appearance or a previously-scheduled vacation. Mr. Salami considers himself a people person and enjoys giving the clients a full understanding of what they are signing at the time of the closing while also providing professional advice to both first time homeowners and profession
