For what it looks like these drivers dnt know how to drive and dont care about there passengers i was driving dwn broad st on a rainy afternoon and 1 driver bus #412 did an illegal u-turn on broad and poplar st wile he had passengers and i had 2 of my kids almost hit the van witch it looked like he dgaf about it..then 2 block dwn he comes and makes another illegal u-turn again right in front of me thats 2x in a 2 blocks ratios witch i almost hot the van again idk how or where do they get these drivers from...comp needs more training on these dumb drivers and i will be in your office in the morning for more complaints...

Horrible! I take the van often and each time it just gets worse. I called for a 6pm van from pa to ny and was called to change the time to 745pm. Then en route to my pick up i received a call at 710pm saying rhe driver would be at my location in 15 to 20 minutes well let me tell you, I arrived at 720 and waited for the van. 745 came along and no van, then 8pm and still no van. At 755I called the two numbers that I have for the company and no answer. The driver never showed up and never called. Never using this service again.

Horrible service. No customer service. Very disorganized. I made reservations for 10 and they put me down for 9 so I missed the bus and the 10 was no longer available. I asked to speak with the manager and they put me on hold for over 10mins. Called back and they said she had left. No integrity. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!

this company is the worst. the drivers are never on time and they have left me waiting several times. the only reason i gave them a star was because it was required.

Stay away from these guys! The owner doesn't stand behind his word, I tried working it out with him but he won't call me back, the office girls always say "he's not here right now". He's never there. He lied to me. He broke his word. He doesn't follow through. I don't know how they are still in business. You would be better off going to ANY other transporter. He can't even do a simple business transaction & he costs me hundreds of dollars due to his dishonesty. You've been warned!! I can't stand a business man that isn't accountable for his own actions or words. His first name says it all. I couldn't have named him better.
