STAY AWAY! The last time I used these folks they pumped excess heating oil out of a tank for me and charged me $225.00. This time, with only 73 gallons of heating oil in my tank, they charged me OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS! When I called to see if it was a mistake, the supervisor aggressively "justified" their charges, even though it was clear I was being overcharged. She said she had "no wiggle room" on the invoice. They charged me for several hours of travel time, even though the driver was just minutes away at another job, and heaped on other BS fees and surcharges. Their "quote" was NOWHERE CLOSE to the actual bill, and their justification is that they cannot give you an actual quote until they see how much oil they have to pump. Well, the charge on my invoice for the actual 73 gallons of heating oil was $73.00, the rest of it was trumped up BS fees and charges. I don't know how you people can sleep at night! You shamelessly, and disgustingly, ripped me off!

I own a garage near Allentown, and I currently have Hazleton Oil & Environmental pick up my waste oil, antifreeze, oil filters, absorbent pads and vac work on my tanks. They are always at my site within a reasonable time and their prices are fair for the great customer service and driver services I get all the time.

A few weeks ago, I called them for a waste oil pick up and the girl on the phone told me that she'd let the driver know. The next day, the driver was there and picked up my oil. They told me about other services that I wasn't familar with and got me a quote within 2 days. These guys know how to run a business!
