Healdsburg Personnel Services Division is responsible for administering the city's human resources management system, including labor relations, benefits administration and staff development and for providing personnel support services to all city departments. The division provides recruitment, applications review, and testing of all candidates for city employment. It is also responsible for all current employees, as well as labor relations and contract negotiations and the maintenance of personnel records. Healdsburg Personnel Services Division is a part of the city of Healdsburg, a full-service city, providing electrical, water and sewer services to residents.
