I have been taking my boots/shoes to Ramos Shoe Repair for 25 years. The father and now the son have always done excellent work.

I am so glad I came across George at Ramos Shoe Repair. I was in desperate need to get my heel fixed on my stilettos as I had an event to attend the following weekend. I stopped by on a whim hoping that they could help me and sure enough they were able to. They not only got the job done super fast but it only cost me 5 bucks! How can you beat a price like that for great quality work? I look forward to returning here in the future for shoe repairs as they have gained a customer in their books. 5 stars from me - great customer service for a great price makes me a returning customer for life.

I had the bad luck of braking a heel while visiting Healdsburg, CA and I only had one pair of shoes with me... Fortunately I've found Ramos Shoe Repair and Mr. Ramos was able to help me. Not only was the service very fast and of high quality but the price was very low. I would definitely recommend Ramos Shoe Repair to anyone needing this type of service - I know I'll definitely be back if I'm ever going to be in the area again. A+

Made the mistake on settling for taking my shoes to this shoe repair shop because of time constraint. The owner/shoe repair person did a crappy job and was rude from the start. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Five-Thumbs Down!!!!
