8/12/2020 4:30 pm Walked in, a few people at the bar. Was asked to pick a table, I have all of them to choose from. Was told by the hostess that someone would be right with me. Two other tables walk in a few minutes later. One sits directly behind me, the other goes to the right sitting next to the window. The waitress for me and the table behind said she would be right with us. The table to the right got their waitress as soon as they sat down, drinks and their order we're soon to follow. The waitress for the me and the table behind shows up a few minutes later. She recognises them, the table behind, as being regulars, proceeds to walk past me and start up a conversation with them (she's got her back to me the whole time). The conversation finally ends, or so I thought, 6 minutes later by asking for their drink order. One said tea, I did not hear what the others wanted. She then proceeds to the bar, walking past me again. I'm ready to order. She comes back, walking past me again (third time) with their drinks, asks if their ready to order, they say no. She then proceeds to pick up the conversation where they left off. 10 minutes later, she's still talking. I still haven't been asked what I want to drink, I already know what I want to eat, pizza & wings. 5 more minutes go by and she's still in conversation with the table behind. I'm tired of waiting, so I decide to exit the building, I head to the door, she's still talking so hasn't noticed I'm leaving. In fact, nobody in the entire place notices that I'm leaving. I don't even get a " have a nice day", or even a goodbye as I'm walking out the door. Never have I been so ignored in my entire life. How this place is still around is beyond me. It is now 5:07 pm. I should charge them for the 37 minutes of my life they just waisted. Drove next door to La Paloma, was seated and eating nachos and a regular beef and cheese with a side of rice within 10 minutes. Its nice when you don't get ignored, and you sure get a better tip.
