If you are like me and you are on a budget. This place isn't for you. Go to Wendy's and eat from the value menu. I would recommend you try this place at least once. The prices are kind of high, especially if you buy the cheese steak sub. Most of the "combo" meals don't come with fries, just a drink. My wife and son had the chicken strips and fries off the kid's meal, complete with tiny soda. My son liked the chicken, but in typical fashion did not eat the fries. My wife said that the chicken was okay. i tried a piece. It wasn't the most delicious ever, but simply edible (not bad). I had the philly cheese steak. I did not notice until later that we could choose what kind of bread. What I had was the equivalent of a larger version of a store brand hot dog bun. Overall, the sandwich was good, but very greasy. Stock up on napkins. The best part for me was the cheese, which I didn't taste until near the end. I give the sandwich maybe a 7 out of ten. It was good, but not the best I've ever had. The customer service at this place was excellent (not a fan of all the tatoos in the food service industry and there are quite a few here- but the service was great). The people are very friendly and attentive. Customer service is the number one priority in most any business, especially retail, fast food, or dining. I'd give this place a 3 1/2 out of 5.
