I used this service for pest control.I was asked to vacate my home with my animals for 5 hours while he did his work and for the environment to be safe to come home. I was told that the main source of my pests were coming from under my sink.I left my home in perfect working order and five hours later upon returning things seem fine until I turned the sink water on any and found water pouring out from under my sink.I shut the main off to stop the water flow.I called Hopper and complained ,They immediately told me that I couldn't prove that they broke the pipe under my sink even before I could finish the complaint.Well $300 dollars later and 4 hrs. labor it was fixed .The handyman said they must have broken it with thier equipment.Dont use this company folks they dont stand behind thier work .I could have bought 300 cans of raid for what they charged me.Plus the 300 bucks for all of the plumbing that had to be replaced.I am retired on a fixed income.It will take me awhile to recover financially from this. Update!!..Found another leak under my sink as well .Also my hot water contuned to go cold after he left I had to call another guy out for that and this guy said that the exterminator must have knocked the switch off as he worked in there.I am widowed and I know I didnt turn it off because I didnt even know where it was. The guy is coming out again to fix the other leak now under the same sink where Hopper worked.Beware folks !!!
