Something Simple has the BEST coffee in town, if not the local area. It is locally roasted, and they pride themselves on serving all local items if possible! I know they use the Farmers Cow products for all dairy and eggs!



Their bagels are so wonderful, i don't think I've had a better one lately. They definitely rival NYC bagels. They're so pillowy soft, yet still with that wonderful bagel chew! Their breakfast sandwiches are so amazing, with a huge pillow of scrambled eggs, carefully topped with whatever toppings you want - my personal favorite is cheese, fresh spinach and tomato!!!



And now to their panini! They are absolutely wonderful. Crispy, hot, crunchy, and filled with the best products you can find. They only use Boar's Head products, and you can taste the difference. Everything is sliced nearly to order! My favorite sandwich is the clucker, which is chicken, horse raddish sauce, swiss cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce and tomato! It's absolutely amazing.



And the kitchen has been a little slow in the past, but they are really getting quick! Their weekend specials are absolutely amazing as well. Love this place, the ambiance, the atmosphere, the comfy chairs, and just the wonderful place to sit, read a book, and enjoy your cup of coffee. I can't wait for the spring to come, when we can sit outside, and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of Hebron Center.
