I made my appointment for an annual eye exam. I received not one but two confirmation telephone calls. So, They knew I was coming! I arrived 2 minutes past my appointed time. The door was locked. The lights were off. I was approached outside by an employee with her lunch in her hands. The employees inside opened the door for her (not me). I sat in my car for a few minutes. In the meantime, the lights went on. I tried the door again. It was open. I entered. All the employees were having their lunch (which is supposed to be 12pm-1pm). My appointment was for 1pm. No one greeted me or acknowledged me when I entered. So, I left. If there was going to be a delay in my scheduled appointment; I would expect a professional to call as soon as possible to ask if I could come in a few minutes later. This is not the first time I have had problems with Moses Eyecare. I am sorely disappointed. I will NOT be returning. I DO NOT recommend this Eyecare Center!!
