Check-in was quick and flawless.
I was due to turn in the vehicle on Friday at 11:00 a.m.
I decided to turn it in early at 1:30 a.m. because the roads were slick from the snow and I just wanted to return it safely as soon as possible.
Technically, they stopped receiving rentals at 1:00 a.m. but they made an exception for me! I am super grateful!
All the entrances were closed and I accidentally drove up to the wrong entrance so Dean had to walk all the way to where we were to let us know to drive to the other entrance and it was 20 degrees outside!
He was incredibly kind and patient and went above and beyond!
Someone give this man a raise!

It was very easy to rent the car an doing it on the internet saved me over $30 which was great because I returned it late and they was still very nice about it and had the lowest rates on returning it late. :-) also the car was spotless clean on a full tank of gas and drove PERFECT! Had a great vacation to Gatlinburg, TN. 5 hour drive from Cinti/OHIO. having a comfortable SUV at a great rate made the ride alot smoother!
