Went for perm, had not had one done in a long time and was tired of curling my hair. Hair dresser talked to me about previous experience and nothing else. I told her that I was tired of curling my hair by tying it into a bun. I did not know that there were different size perm rollers and she never asked otherwise. She even said that I needed a trim and did not do that either. After getting home and my hair fully drying, my hair came out super frizzy. The next week I went in to have the frizz taken care of and ran into another hair dresser that said the frizzy hair was all fault. Apparently it had nothing to do with the fact that too small of rods were (found this out through another hairdresser). So not only did one hairdresser use too small of rods without discussing the turnout, but another hairdresser blamed the turn out on me. The only good part was how much the perm cost. Would I go back or recommend salon to others, that would be NO!
