Check your invoices if you place wholesale orders with Hanser as a retailer. When you place orders through the company’s online ordering site, the prices you see are different from the ones you receive on your invoice. Invoice prices have more decimal points, which can result in overcharges. Hanser has been doing this for many years, and we’ve tried to get them to fix it but they have refused to do so.
