I also agree with Ashley H. statement. David White harasses and insults people to no end, but don't say anything while you work there, your work environment will be hell.

Gates is a very bias company the like to treat and talk to people is if they are childern and most importantly if your an African American you will be discriminated because of the color of your skin not by the content of your character.
