We have been with this Vet since 1987 with all of our pets! Dr. Peggy Williams is our favorite, but the other vets are top notch as well so far! Very good service and responsiveness! Highly recommend.

We have been clients since 1999 when we relocated to his area. The doctors and staff have worked with 10 of our dogs and cats over the years. From spaying and neutering, declawing, well care, dental visits, cancer treatment and various emergencies, we, and our animals, have always been treated with the utmost care and respect. In addition, when we have had to make the decision to say goodbye to one of our furry family members, which all of us go through eventually, they have been incredibly kind and supportive. I was disappointed to see a few negative reviews, but also realize that sometimes unfortunate things just happen, and that typically, when people post reviews it is because they were displeased with something. These folks have a great reputation among friends and neighbors, and I would encourage people to take their pets there.

Been taking my dog to them for the past 3+ years and am more than happy with them. We go to the one in Hebron and we are more than happy with the staff as all are friendly and helpful. We had been going to another vet and not happy with them at all. So glad to find helpful and caring people.

Zero Integrity or Customer Service

This place is awful with zero loyalty to customers. I have been taking my dog, who is half Maltese half Shih tzu, for almost 2 years for all his veterinary and grooming needs, after today I will NEVER be returning and I warn anyone else that reads this! Dr. Williams and the groomer Jodi are without integrity or any real sense of customer service. I took my dog to be groomed yesterday, as I have numerous times before, and asked that a couple inches be cut off his hair, but that I wanted his hair left about 3 inches long. The groomer said she would see what she could do. Since he is a Maltese and Shih tzu mix breed his hair was long, white, and pretty. I pointed out to her that there was a small knot in the front that I had noticed on the way there that would need cut out. The groomer reached down and felt his hair and said it felt good. I left feeling like he was in capable hands. That evening, much to my surprise, I picked up a shaved dog. I was traumatized, and so was my dog. It's getting cold out and now he has no hair, great. I asked for someone to call me back that could offer me a refund because there was no way I was paying for these services when I was so clear as to what I wanted, and I so clearly did not get that. The next day (today) I got a call back from a female doctor, who I can only guess is the owner of this business, or at least she acted like it. She told me that she spoke with the groomer who told her that she was "very clear with me that my dog had 3 large mats on his body that would need to be shaved off and after she did this she might have to cut him short, and this is what she did, she did her best." I could not believe what I was hearing, the groomer had completed fabricated a story to cover her mistake, I explained to the doctor what actually happened and that I have been bringing my dog there for 2 years and was just looking for someone to fix the situation. The doctor told me that the groomer had laryngitis yesterday so maybe I misunderstood what she had said. As calmly as I could, I explained to the condescending doctor, that her laryngitis wasn't so bad that I didn't misunderstand my saying leave 3 inches of hair on my dog, and her saying she would shave him. I explained to her again that I wanted 2 inches cut off my dogs hair that was it, and the doctor said "Well she's not able to do that!" and I said "Well she should have said that and I would have taken him somewhere else!" And she told me, "We'll maybe that's what you should do then." It's obvious to me now that the doctor and the groomer are well aware that they know they made the mistake in that last comment she made "Well she's not able to do that," the unfortunate part is that instead of admitting fault and apologizing, they decided to lie to my "face" as if I wasn't there which blows my mind! If they can treat a person like this I hate to think how they treat the animals that get boarded and groomed when no one is around looking! The worst people out there are liars! This place can keep my $30 it was just principle, hopefully my review will save other people and their pets from going to such a terrible business in Licking county.

RUDE people here! I will not go back. The new and younger vet at that office is not well educated in my opinion. When I called to complain Dr. Williams was arguing with me and very rude in her tone of voice. I cannot believe how I was treated! Dr. Laing in my opinion is the only person their worth a persons time! The techs there were friendly though. I think giving 1 star was pushing it! Also, after reading the reviews from other clients and reading the RESPONSE from an employee back to that client... I WAS SHOCKED how nasty the people their can be! The attitude and hatred...I cannot believe they are still in business!!

I would never use this place e...

I would never use this place ever again. It wasn't my choice to in the first place. I rescued a kitten and brought him here per the LCHS request to have him neutered. I also had his front paws declawed. He was just a kitten mind you and a sweet heart at that. I dropped him off in the morning around 8am for his appt. The vet tech grabs him out is his crate without trying to get him to come out, which he would. She just reached in and grabbed him by the neck like he was a problem cat. I called about noon since I hadn't heard anything and they had yet to begin his operation. Did the same by 1:30 and no. Finally I am told he is okay and I can come get him by 5.

When I pick him up I notice blood in my crate, He was still BLEEDING from his declaw. I had to go back in there and ask if this was normal. ( i knew it wasn't') They patched him up and sent me home. When I got home the other paw was bleeding and they were now closed. I didn't know what to do, so I took him to my vet to take care of him.

He was a sweet loving little boy before going here and now he does not like to be picked up and gets nervous. I would never take an animal here ever again.I have had many cats and never had a problem with a declaw like this. SO i think one star is pushing it for a rating

I've been a client for years. My dogs love the staff and get very excited to see them. I board my 2 yorkies multiple times a year, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The kennel is very clean. I love that my 2 dogs can stay together somewhere safe where I feel comfortable and so do they. A+

Would NEVER go back here

My husband and I used to board our dogs at the Pataskala location until we had the worst experience with an employee, Darby. We were heading out of town and were going to drop off our dogs. There was some unexpected afternoon traffic so I called ahead and let them know we would be about ten minutes late. The employee refused to wait for us. I told him we were loyal clients that we were almost there but he said he couldn't wait and needed to leave to get lunch. We even offered to stop and buy him food so he would wait for us. Again he refused. We were left completely without any options and had to frantically call kennels to find anywhere with an open space. This is no way to run a business and I am both shocked and upset that we were treated this way. I will never use them again.

When you board your dogs twice that doesn't mean your are loyal client. It was a Friday morning you should have known the traffic would have been bad. You also were told our hours. Don't come on a public form bad mouthing our employee's, if you had a problem you should have called and spoke with the owner or manager which you did not. You also called our employee every curse word in the book so why would he do a favor for you when all you did was demean him. The bottom line is, you were late so you wanted everyone to bow to your every need and he did not. I am proud of him.

Fantastic! They Saved Our Dog

A wonderful vet clinic. We were not clients of their office and had an emergency with our beagle. Dr. Williams was very kind opening her office to us at 10:30 on a Saturday night to help our dog and saved his life. Very compassionate and more than willing to go out of their way to help you and your pet. Mr. Clyde (beagle) and us thank you so very, very much. This is a wonderful vet clinic with outstanding veterinarians.
