The salesperson, Dan, was very polite, listened to me about the details of the car I was looking for, and made the purchase experience very pleasant.

I always get top notch service at Woltz & Wind. I've been going there for 15 years. They work with you to diagnose problems, provide recommendations and get your buy-in before proceeding on any fixes needed.

Be careful you do not get scammed. I went there with a check engine light and they diagnosed it and told me that I needed a tune-up. I asked what that entailed and they told me I needed new spark plugs. I asked how this could occur and the service rep said that the plugs were old. Then I let him know that I had just put in new plugs the day before (less than 10 miles of driving on the new plugs.) 8 NEW Motorcraft plugs. The service rep then had the gall to tell me that there must be an oil leak into the engine or engine coolant getting on them. I asked to see one of the plugs and then the service rep stormed out of the waiting room. I spoke with the service manager and he told me that there were no current codes. The customer reps are out to make commission. The rep telling me that it needed a tune up was a TOTAL LIE. They never even took the time to pull out one plug to look at of they would not have even mentioned a tune up . Don't go there unless you know exactly what you need. Get a second opinion.
