Provided by YP.comWe drove four hours AL and the dealership was closed during the week - Wednesday- of which they were supposed to be open but the were apparently moving their location-We left messages on the voicemail but there was no answer to the calls nor any returned calls. My wife really wanted to see the car they had for sale, so we drove back the next day, another four hours one direction. The car was a 2006 used Infiniti, in great condition- supposedly no accidents at all which is why it was selling for 16,000. When the owner said he would not budge at all on the car, he stated it was because it was in mint condition had never been wrecked and had 64,000 miles on it. We went to lunch and checked the carfax that WE paid for, we found out it had had a few fender benders and one MAJOR accident according to carfax with "extensive damage". When we returned we confronted the owner who was then rude and belligerent. He refused to budge on the price at all. He wanted to charge an additional $300 on top of the sales price for tags and paperwork processing. He then made us wait at the dealership for 3 hours to close the paperwork while he continued with the move of his business. We miss a concert that we had plans for that evening with 5 other people back in Atlanta. So when they finally returned to the dealership, we told the salesman (who was EXTREMELY EXCELLENT- Someone needs to hire him away from that dealership) that we were not paying the extra $300 b/c we waited for 3 hours at the dealership by ourselves- no sales people or owner and we missed our event! The owner, then after having lied about the history of the car, never gave us paper tags which is supposed to be part of the $300 admin fee- another lie- and would not release the title to us so we could tag it in our resident state. He would not release it until the $300 was sent. ALTHOUGH they received their $16,000 the Monday after the sale on Friday and cashed it and held the title for 30 days!!!! I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! I have been an investment broker for 28 years and have NEVER treated a customer with the inappropriate and inconsiderate manner this man did! My license has been in great standing with the government in the most regulated business in the world. As a professional in business, with 7 locations of my own, I would not recommend such an arrogant "so-called business" owner. We truly appreciated the graciousness of his sales person who did a phenomenal job. If we lived in AL we would have hired him to come work in our industry! Its a shame he has to work there.

Provided by YPmobileWife just called me crying because she was about run over by one of their employees coming out of our subdivision. When she came to the stop sign the driver of the black yukon rolled down his window and started yelling profanities at my wife and children in the car ending with "I'll get you next time". He pulled off and straight into their car lot. I do not believe that this is a place I would do business with nor is it conducive with common behaviors normally associated with Helena, AL. Only giving 1 star because yellow pages will not let me give 0 stars
i am so sorry to hear that , id like to talk to you if you please can call me @ 205-426-6260
