Fourteen years (but not quite that many canines) ago, we began "vetting" with Dr. Heidi Wampler upon moving to Helena. This was well before the concrete was poured for the new, state-of-the-art Alpine Animal Clinic. We were immediately drawn to Heidi's compassionate and professional care for our pups. They are "patients" - yes. But they also seem to be much more to Dr. Wampler. She is deeply respectful of these four footed members of our family and treats them, and us, accordingly. We are completely "sold" on Dr. Wampler and Alpine. And we will continue entrusting our critters to her care for these very same reasons. We trust Heidi and, now, her own very fine "family" at Alpine implicitly.

Anyone who knows me knows that my pets are like my children and it is so wonderful to know that Dr. Wampler & Dr. Henry-Ford share my thoughts and emotions. Mr. Furley and Bell E Button are so well cared for at Alpine Animal Clinic and I know they receive the absolute best care possible. Dr. Wampler is so caring and kind with me and my animals! And I love that the staff knows my pet's names as well as they know mine!Recently Dr. Henry-Ford helped me through the emotional loss of my cat. The care she showed for Princess Whitney was more than I ever could have hoped for or imagined. Her care and compassion was echoed by Dr. Wampler as both of them treated me and Whitney with dignity and respect. I could not ask for better care for my four-legged family members!

Our dog DAKOTA deserves and gets only the bet of care and she only see's staff at the Alpine Animal Clinic...They know her and they know us so this combination of knowledge and trust realy works for us. It's very comforting to know when you leave such an important member of your family they are under the best of care. Alice and I absolutely reccomend the Alpine Animal Clinic.

My 18 year old cat "M" who had been with me everyday for the past 2 decades had finally reached the end of her life. Dr. Henry-Ford was so kind and gentle with her as she took her last nap. I was allowed to be with her surrounded by people who truly cared for animals. I received a sweet card signed by the whole staff a few days later. I knew M had had a good ending to her life and I was glad that she hadn't had to go thru any unpleasant experiences in her last moments.

Hi, I want to thank you for your assistance in the treatment of the puppies. Your quick response, to my requests are appreciated and valued. I did do what was required, and though it was a long few day's, I am happy to report back the puppies are alive! Doing great this morning. Playing eating and drinking ! Yay! I was so worried! The problem was that they had worms, which are common. But with the teething ,Parvo, and worms, also the possibility of cocksideosis possibility it was a hard call. I did first think it was cocksideosis, and had them checked. The test was neg. I treated them with electrolights, oat cereal and Pepto. It helped ,but they were still very sick and it was a 24/7 to keep them hydrated . There stool was like jelly and they were not getting the fluids needed .After visiting your friendly, clean office, I was horrified to hear it was indeed Parvo. I did not give up. I did get antibotics to treat them and wit your help I was able to get them hydrated. This morning after my little sleep I woke to screaming puppies. I jumped up got out of bed and felt dred at what I was going to find! The puppies were screaming because they were playing and biting each other! When I pulledthe blanket off the top of the play pin they perked up with wagging curley tails, cocked there little heads as to say, "Hi, wanna play!" We are all very happy and releaved. Thank you agian! I know in my heart they would not be here today if you were not there for us!

Dr. Wampler has been my choice for my animals for almost 7 years now. Dr. Perrine did delicate and complex orthopedic surgery on my Golden Retreiver when he was 12 weeks old and he has had a healthy and active life ever since his leg healed. This is a great veterinary clinic and if what your animal needs is beyond their scope, you can rely upon the staff to tell you so and make an appropriate referral.

I want to praise Drs. Wampler and Richardson. I took my pets to them before they formed their own clinic. Dr. Wampler is an excellent veterinarian, quite knowledgeable and practical. She gets right down on the floor with dogs and gives them a thorough, but loving exam. Her love of all animals is evident, as it is with Dr. Richardson. It's obvious that they remember the reason they became animal doctors. Even my pets like them. Ironically, Dr. Wampler's husband is my doctor.
