As the owner of Home Beautifiers I am surprised at this review. We have owned the closet side of the business since 2006 and since about mid 2007 we have used computer design for our closet designs. I am the only one doing closet appointments and know that this did not happen. There are so many things in this review that are just not true that I just had to respond.

If the owners of Home Beautifiers want to treat their customers the way they would like to be treated, then they don't care how they are treated. When I asked for a picture of how our closets would look when finished, I received a few lines drawn in pen. This made it very hard to visualize. We were going to have them do our blinds as well, but all we received from the consultant was some swatches we were supposed to take home and make a decision on. There was NO help on color or style selection. Subsequently, my husband was told that I was difficult to work with by the person who went to install the closet fixtures. When I went to the owner to voice my concerns, the owner said he stood by his consultant, who was the best he had ever worked with. Then he asked if they could still do our blinds. Had the owner worked with me and addressed my concerns, rather than merely voice support for the consultant, I would have used them for the blinds. Now, I will NEVER consider recommending them.
