The surgical staff at Montana Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center are experienced, certified dental assistants, who assist in the administration of IV sedation and surgery. We also have a trained paramedic to assist in surgery. All staff are informed administrative personnel, well versed in health and insurance policies, and are CPR certified. Dr. Fleishmann and his staff are all very friendly and he seems to treat his staff well, which is very important to me. He is quite personable and puts a patient at ease with his jocularity. He gives one a choice of the type of anesthesia is used. I was very glad to have the choice of a local. The surgery was quick and easy. The only thing I didn't like about the clinic, which wouldn't keep me from coming back, is that they demand payment up front. But when they owe you a refund, it is done at their convenience. This can take over a month. I think this is unfair business practice.

Dr. Fleischmann and all the staff were very nice an friendly. I had a great experience with the removal of my wisdom teeth. They know their stuff and I highly recommend!

This doctor immediately put me at ease with how well he clearly knew his specialty. I hadn'tgone to the dentist in a while so when I had to see an oral surgeon I was really nervous. Dr. Fleischmann, though, knew what he was doing, performed the surgery and spent a whole lot of time answering my questions and making sure that I was comfortable.
