Very pleased

We bought a mattress here a year ago and had an issue with it being to firm. These folks called the factory and explained the situation to them. There was nothing wrong with the bed we just got one more firm then we wanted. The factory with there help took the mattress back and put softer foam in it for us. They only charged us around $100 dollars and we love our bed now. I could not be happier with how we were treated.These guys were way beyond great to deal with.

Epic BAD service.

There is no star for lousy, so disappointing will have to do.We pre-paid well over a month in advance for some beds to be picked up today.We heard no news for a month so, yesterday we phoned. We were told by an employee "No beds like that here...let me call the boss ".We never hear back so we phone again.We are then told "Oh yeah...they'll be here next week"In other words they ordered ordered the bedsd after we calledWe explained that would not work as we are moving out of state this weekend. We asked for our money back and told them we'd be in to pick up the check today. "OK" was the answer.Today, as you might guess, nobody is at the store who has refund authority and the one employee at the store says there is no rerfund on ordered items. Wife explains... there are no items. and further says: "Show us the items, or at least show us proof that the items were actually ordered". He freaks out! He pretty much goes into this pathetic fetal mode and wimps out and says that "he can't deal with this". Then goes in the back of the store and hides. Unbelievable! It was a performance suitable for "America's Dumbests Home Videos!" Ummm, I don't think we are done with this episode.

poor customer service

I special ordered beds and they were to be in the following week. However, the store failed to order them. When I went to pick them up three weeks later, they were not there and they refused to refund my money. The young man assisting me was one of the rudest assistants I have ever encountered. When I came in and nicely asked for my refund check, he immediately backed away and said, "I am not handeling this; I won't have anything to do with this." The stove part of the store also ruined the ceiling in my daughter's home during the installation process.
