I am so disappointed. My elderly parents ordered some flowers for me from The Floral Cottage located in Helena, MT. Unfortunately I was not home for the delivery so I had to call the phone number on the notice. The woman who is the owner of the business, was so rude and disrespectful to me that I did not even want to go the store and pick them up. Ugh, I feel so bad that my parents did not get what they paid for. I do not have the heart to tell them but feel that I have to let you customers know. Buyer Beware. Recieving flowers is supposed to be a good experience, not a sad/angry one.
