Like others have already stated and I've also experienced myself, the guy that does the vehicle inspections is hardly ever there. I called this morning when they opened and asked when he was coming in, so I can get a utility trailer inspection. I'm told he comes in at 10:00. OK, no problem. I go in at 10:30 and ask if he's there. He's not and the guy tells me he doesn't come in until between 11:00 and noon. Also, they don't do trailer inspections either, he tells me. Yes, you do, you've inspected this one every year since I purchased it, I tell him. Well, we don't do them any more, he says. Tells me the company that recently purchased them only does vehicle inspections, not trailer inspections. What the...? So, I will no longer take any of my four vehicles to them for any type of service ever again, and now I have to find another inspection location. The other two state inspection station locations in Helotes are automotive repair shops and are closed on Saturday. I don't know who these Bozo's are that purchased this Express lube location, but you're losing customers.
