Hazuki has the freshest, best tasting sushi in town, coupled with a very friendly staff. Love it!!!!! :)

We had Hazuki Sushi tonight for the first time and it was excellent! We had edamame, Alamo Roll, American Dream Roll, and the Dragon Roll and they were all great. It's a very laid back comfortable place with friendly service as well. They served the best sushi we have had in SA and I highly recommend it.

I would like to start off by saying this is the best sushi in San Antonio! I would also like to point out the great customer service to. If you are looking for a perfect place to spend an evening go here. Also i would like to point out you can bring your own wine with no service fee either. The cost for two was under $30 not bad for what your gonna get. I see great success in Hazuki

I have had the pleasure of dining at Hazuki on several occasions with friends and family and taken every opportunity to try a different plate each time. I have always enjoyed what I ordered and the service was excellent.

The sashimi pieces are of a generous size and quantity and the ingredients are always fresh.

My favorite to date is the Pan Fried Snapper although I always make it a point to order both a spicy scallop and spicy yellowtail roll with every meal. The ambiance is pleasant and the expediency with which the food arrives is timely.

I have recommended Hazuki to all of my friends who enjoy eating Japanese food and to those who wish to try it for the first time as well. Their take on a centuries old style of cooking is both stylish and refreshing.

The presentation of the food is as professional and well thought as any similar restaurant where you'd expect to pay double or triple.

The staff is friendly and professional and cater to requests.



I can't say enough good things about this place and I expect them to achieve great success.

My husband and I are sushi enthusiasts. So when we discovered that a new sushi restaurant opened up in the Northwest area we live in, we were excited to try it out and found that the rolls were great! The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I recommend trying the Dragon roll, kama Kazi and the Spider. If you want a traditional Japanese experience they have an on floor dining area with a great ambiance. So far this is the best sushi we have had in the city.
