I have had nothing but a horrible experience with the United States Postal Service in Helotes, TX... They have repeatedly miss placed items that I have ordered between September until now October…. They have not offered any kind of replacement on any refund of the items and had not shown any real effort to find out what happened in transit. The companies that I have ordered from, have verified that the packages were shipped and received by the post office . The only attempt for one of my packages which was college textbooks I ordered. There was a one time visit to the house that they were delivered to by mistake. They failed to leave any kind of note for the person that received my package. They said they were not home. --Of course not, they tried during the day when people are at work and that was the only attempt they made. When I asked if they would put some kind a notice on their door, the postmaster told me that nobody ever looks at those and so they didn't do it. That's bad business.

I had some time sensitive information. I sent it priority which the kiosk said 2 to 3 days. The post office finally called 2 to 3 weeks later. They said they found my package and it was going to be delivered. A little late huh.
