Today, I received the worst customer service with Access First Urgent Care

in Hemet. The office staff claims they don't do insurance authorizations or paperwork. The office staff suggested I verify my insurance and fill out the necessary insurance forms, if I want my child to be seen. The two females at the window had a terrible disposition. Access First Urgent Care needs to train their staff in Customer Service/ Care and how to do paperwork. Hemet is the worst place to receive medical care. My child is ill and I will have to travel to Los Angeles for her to be properly seen. I thought is was the medical staff that verifies insurance before a patient can be seen.
