Total Rip-Off!!! Tonight I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 meals with mid-size roast beef sandwiches and one mid-size sandwich. After getting home and biting into the sandwich, it was obvious that the meat from the sandwich was missing! I tried to call the store but nobody answered. After 15 minutes I called again. I talked to a woman who did not identify herself. The only way she would do anything about the meal was for me to drive back to the store with the sandwiches. Are they kidding? Arbys is a 25 minute drive away. I paid a higher price for 3 sandwiches I didn't get! I will dispute the charge and never again visit any Arbys restaurant. Arbys...they won't give you the meat!
