I've rented trailers in the past from another company and the RV we rented from Bob's was in far superior condition and was MUCH cleaner. Additionally Bob's had the best local rates we could find.

The other complaint I saw was the time that passed by in getting your deposit back. Although true (it took about two weeks for us) it wasn't a big deal to me but I can understand that being a concern. Overall this establishment has a very friendly staff and owner. I would rent from them again!

I scanned another recent review and there were some good points. The contract is very long and there is a lot of paperwork to sign. Most of the rules and regulations are very "make sense" though. Don't trash their stuff, give it a relatively good clean job when you're done and you'll get your deposit back.

Something I would recommend that they add to their "supplies" to keep with the coaches. Leveling blocks! I had to scrounge up some wood once we got to the campground. Not a big deal but since the refrigerator ran fine but I didn't like the feeling of walking off balance due to the uneven ground.

We stumbled on Bob's when another local rental place closed early the day we decided to visit their fleet. With the wife and kids in tow I quickly found Bob's online and was greeted by Margo (sp?). Very sweet lady who knew the inventory inside and out. She didn't try to upsell us on anything but rather showed us what she had and let us decide based on the floor plans and features.

Bob's RV has a great group of employees who want to make sure you get the best service at the right price. I would highly recommend Bob's for your park model home and RV needs.

I bought an old RV to use as temporary housing and discovered the door would not close properly. Earl removed the door and spent three and a half hours disassembling it, replaced the rotten wood and worn parts, found an old catch plate and re-installed it on my aging motorhome for a fraction of the cost of a new door. I was only charged two hours labor. Earl also looked at my generator, got it fired up, and determined I needed a new choke. He didn't charge me anything for that. They have a lot of stuff in the parts department and Tim is very helpful and honest. I am a complete newb when it comes to RVs and they could have taken advantage - Earl and Tim are great people and it's a good store to go to when you need RV service or parts.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Although not the biggest shop, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Bob's is the BEST rv rental EVER! Jack and his crew went above and beyond for me! I was soooo impressed with this place! Thanks to the guys at Bob's Motorhome Rentals, my vacation turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life! Thank you so much JACK for every single thing you did for me! This is my second year renting from Bob's RV for the Burning Man experience in the Black Rock Desert and Jack, the owner, treated me like family (I have no relation to him or his business). The first year, we rented a 30'+ Class-C Tioga for a week that worked perfectly and Jack refunded 100% of our $2,500 deposit. This year, he recommended a 36' Class A Alfa. His staff did a pre-rental walk through of the RV and we found a few minor issues that his staff immediately repaired. The staff was very thoughtful and patiently showed us all the details of the luxury RV. Jack's recommendation resulted in a luxurious, trouble-free, and unforgettable week in the extremely harsh desert environment. I expect to get back our full deposit minus the cost of a broken door hinge we broke :) To get your full deposit back, I have these recommendations: 1/ Cover all the carpet/flooring with painters tarps $20. 2/Take the RV to a truck wash to clean the exterior $40. 3/Hire a professional auto detailing company to clean the interior $10/foot. I plan to rent from Jack at Bob's RV every year.

We recently used Bob's RV Rental for our second time. Jack and the entire staff are friendly and way to deal with. All the functions of the RV were explained in detail. Both times that we have rented RVs from Bob's we have received our full deposit. I will continue to rent from them due to their selection of RVs, friendly attitude, and customer service.

I don't write too many Yelp reviews and I think in general people tend to be more apt to write about negative experiences than positive ones. I had Jack (the owner) come to my RV across the street in an RV park for what I thought was going to be a small roof job and he realized that it was in fact a much bigger job than he expected.

Thankfully I contacted Bob's RV because my experience (one that could have been awful) was as good as it could have been and better than I had ever imagined. Jack got my RV just before Memorial Day Weekend and had his guys put several dozen hours of work into it and got it back to me before the weekend! What's (a lot!!!) more is that he came in over $1000 under budget... and certainly didn't have to tell me that, but he did. I can't even believe it! There just don't seem to be as many honest people like this around these days. The icing on the proverbial cake was that he let my fiance and me borrow one of his RVs for a few nights while ours was being worked on.



This was among the best service experiences i have EVER had.
