While looking for a gym I ran into the issue of impolite staff whom seemed to only be interested in selling me many things I didn't need and weren't able to answer many of my questions. However, when I went to Crunch, not only was the staff educated on their products and equipment, they were genuine in finding a memebrship that was perfect for me (rather than trying to up sell me.) The staff at Hemet Crunch is fantastic! Not only that, they have a wide variety of classes and equipment to suit anyone's fitness goals.

And I felt more comfortable at their gym than other I had been to. There is a wide variety of customers in many different age ranges and fitness levels so I never felt self-conscious attending.

To be honest, I don't see why anyone wouldn't go to Crunch. It's afforable, they offer much more than any other gym I have been to, it's exceptionally clean, and staffed with the highest calibur employees.

Awesome gym. The staff is helpful, kind. Love the machines, especially the recumbent bikes! I would recommend Crunch to anyone anywhere. Good location. I have fun working out there unlike other gyms.

I like this gym. It’s clean, nice staff, and it’s accommodating. I give it five stars in all departments because it’s the least expensive gym and it’s the only good gym in Hemet.

The new manager is awesome and very helpful. I highly reccomend this gym especially with the new staff.

Don't give ANY Cruch Gym your credit card or debit card. They give you a hassle when cancelling, even when moving out of state. They charged me $10 to cancel and then continued to fraudulently charge my credit card saying the membership was only put on hold evenm though I have the receipt. These people make lots of money using this method of fraud.

Horrible gym - dirty, broken equipment. Owners/managers give a lot of aggravation and hassle over canceling a membership. Don't waste your money or time here if you are serious about fitness.

They are shady and make it impossible to cancel your membership. Good luck. I would recommend staying far, far away from that gym and go with a more professional gym like 24 hour or LA Fitness.
