My experience with this business hasn't been great. I went in and purchased two apple fritters, a bavarian and a ham and cheese croissant. I tasted the frosting on the bavarian, which was a strange color. It had a strange, chemical, strawberry-like flavor. I told the girl and she said she couldn't take it back because I've touched it. I told her I didn't want her to sell it, it should be thrown away because it was bad. She just shrugged. I told her I wanted my money back because it wasn't good. She just shrugged and mumbled something about how I had touched it. I said, "So customer satisfaction doesn't matter to you?" She shrugs and nods 'no'. I said, "You have to be kidding me?" She tells me I can talk to the owner. So I ask her to get him. She tells me he isn't there and advises that I can call in the morning. I ask for a card and she says, "You can look it up in the phone book." I told her, "I guess I just wont be back if this is how you treat your customers." She looks at the guy behind me and laughs really loudly. I couldn't believe how I was treated over a small donut when I had purchased almost $9.00 worth of items.



As a side note, my previous experience wasn't good. I had two apple fritters and got violently ill all night. I can't say for sure the food poisoning I got was from them, so I don't want to make that accusation, but it is possible as I got sick almost directly after I ate it. My other experiences hadn't been bad, so I thought I would give it another chance.
