Our recent stay was awesome! I have to admit that I am a pretty picky person when it comes to cleanliness,odors,service. This was a wonderfully clean facility and smelled fresh. The staff went out of their way to ensure guest satisfaction. I left trying to find something wrong and the only thing I could think of was the squeaking in the tub/shower...lol That's seriously it! The breakfast was so good. We loved the bagels with egg,bacon,and cheese. Also, my daughter left her $200 IPOD Touch in the room and we didn't realize until we were halfway home. I called the manager (Denise) from my cell phone and she said she would check with housekeeping and call us back. As promised she called back in a very timely fashion and said they did indeed find the IPOD. She then packaged up my daughter's IPOD and mailed it to our house. We just got it yesterday in perfect shape. Thank you so much! Your honesty and integrity are a HUGE assest in a world where dishonesty seems to usually prevail. We will be back and I will tell all of my friends about this awesome facility with remarkable employees. Kudos to you all! You should feel very proud to be a part of such an amazing establishment.
