Leo at the customer service desk was outstanding. He has assisted me in the past and once again provided great customer service. They were extremely busy and he squeezed me in and the service was completed in one day. Very pleased.

Knowing the vehicle was going to be a little pricey in total
the whole team that helped me with my purchase really out did themselves and got me somewhere where I was comfortable with the numbers we agreed upon. Never did i once feel pressured or rushed on making the purchase. They made my dream truck a reality and I couldn’t be more grateful.

What a wonder company so helpful and knowledgeable what ever question I had they they had an answer for and there customer service was through the roof I was greeted with a smile and departed with a handshake

Philosophy of "Be honest and treat people fairly" was definitely not my experience. My nightmare started in May and I am still dealing with their screw ups... I was ripped off for almost 1k.. It was in the contract as Karr security system, I had them take it out, only too have it put back in as a dealer transfer fee, then was told it was a transaction fee. I would have walked out had this not been a replacement through FCA. It took the sales manager almost 2 months too even do my paperwork, meanwhile the car I had on hold was priced ridiculously low right on their newspaper fliers, at a price they would never sell it at.. BUYER BEWARE for sure. They messed up the paperwork twice. I was told not too worry about the payment, which now has almost 200 in late fees. So the vehicle they were supposed too buy back I still owe on, directly because they are incompotent..

Great overall experience. Sergio and his staff found my dream truck in 1 day, and delivered it the next. Spot on with the payment that I wanted too !

Fast, great service. Jessica is a great service person and goes out of her way to help her customers.
