I completely agree that the manager is rude. I was curious about a new lotion I had just bought and she wouldnt give me the time of day, she acted as if she was in a huge hurry to clean the beds. I felt totally blown off. I do have to say that the other girls that work there are all very nice and helpful and the beds are amazing.

the sales girl was so rude, i walked in and she was on her cell phone and waited till she was done with her phone conversation before acknowleging me. and her shorts were so short, when she was showing me how to work the bed i could see everything. it was disguisting. i wanted to note her name and complain..but her name tag said she was a manager! i asked my friend who referred me and she only had negative things to say about her as well. I didnt even want to stick around to meet the other sales girls...i went straight back to my old salon!
