Established in 1955, Lake Hemet Municipal Water District is a public, nonprofit agency that provides potable water to residents of Hemet, San Jacinto and Garner Valley, Calif. The district's customers are represented by a publicly elected board of directors in more than four divisions, representing over 14,500 domestic and nearly 50 agricultural consumers.
