The only reason I gave a 1 star was because zero stars was not an option... I am not even sure where to begin with the terrible service I received... so I will keep it simple. $700 later and 5 weeks after order date I am stuck with a custom spa cover that was made incorrectly. The manager refuses to fix the problem and says that I am the one at fault... But that is hard to believe when the measurements I gave them for the spa cover (on my order form) are not the measurements that were delivered. This experience was terrible, it took over 5 weeks to receive the cover (they admit they had trouble ordering the cover and had to make some measurement changes... Weird why didn't they call me to check the measurement changes????? instead they just made them up), a 25 minute wait to sign my credit card authorization because they could not find my order... I'll just leave it at that... The management here is terrible. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else even if it is out of town. My name is Jenny Stauts if anyone from Leslies pools would like to call me to fix this probelm correctly.
