I'm not exactly sure what their role is? I rented a home for one year and not once did I hear from them except to give me a fee of over $250 for being a few days late on rent (it's direct deposit and they only pull the money on weekdays) so it was no fault of mine and they DID refund me, but it gave me late fees almost EVERY month for about 10 days each month, and then credited the late fees. It was still a pain however that they couldn't modify their system to fix that problem. Also, they showed up to give me my thirty day notice at the end of my lease, but not a word to me for the ENTIRE YEAR I lived there. Luckily I spoke to the homeowner a few months prior and THEY notified me that they were selling their house. They expected Signature would have notified me. Luckily for me, I was able to close on a home at the end of my lease from the rental house. Deposit check? Still waiting for that one. I've been in my new home since 29 June and out of the rental since 11 July and still awaiting ANY word on it. Kathleen told me that she would mail it. Two weeks later, and after TWO emails she responds that she will check with the broker to see if it was mailed or if I can come get it. Still no word. I can only speak from a person that rented a home that they "managed" but I had one request in the beginning about some stuff that was on the side of the house. One year later it was still there. They never did anything that I could see on behalf of the owners. I could have been destroying the place and they wouldn't have known until I moved out. Anyway... bad experience on my part.

It’s no easy task to meet the needs of both owners and tenants, but Clayton, Dana and their team do a great job in this complex and challenging line of work. As property managers, they are courteous, competent professionals who work hard to quickly and cost-effectively address maintenance issues, while ensuring compliance with housing regulations. They have helped us as tenants to resolve numerous maintenance issues with an older home and when the owners decided to sell, assisted us with a smooth and timely transition to a new rental property. We highly recommend their services to any property owner or prospective tenant.

We have been with Signature for just about a year. We have had nothing but a great experience with everyone. Our first in counter was with Josh, we were able to check out the property withing a couple days of requesting information. While checking the property out, we fell in love. The property is well maintained, the walk through was thorough, answered any and all questions we had, and was very professional. We are planning on continuing with Signature because they do their job well. Every month I go in to pay rent their secretary is always friendly and greets me with a smile. She answers any and all questions that may come up. Answers the phone promptly and upbeat. So with all that said, check them out.

My wife and I have been using Signature Group for our property management needs since 2012. Obviously, we have not quit doing business with them in fact we purposefully choose to continue doing business with Signature Group and we look forward to doing more business in the future.

The first reason, we use Signature Group for our property management needs is because we don't believe we could find a better more professional company within the area. The second reason, is because when issues came up they were promptly addressed. The third reason, is because the owners of the company are genuinely good people and you can't help but want to do business with them. Lastly, there is a reason why Signature Group is expanding their company territory because the word is out they do good business and take care of you as a property owner like you're their family.

I should have read the prior posts before dealing with these people. Worst company ever! Property Owners stay away!!! If I could not give any stars or negative stars I would. The broker Dana is horrific. Clayton, the property manager convinced me into giving the garage for rent along with the house, and also said that the property needed to be cleaned because it was not getting rented without it being cleaned first. I agreed to the cleaning. He informed me that the property was cleaned, and the old desks removed (left behind by previous tenants), and there was a tenant who wanted to rent the unit. A couple of days later I get a call that the garage has been broken into.

I was using the garage as a storage and therefore didn't want to rent it along with the property, and had planned to and remove all of my items before the tenants moved in, so I could also give them the garage. Tenants were scheduled to move in August 15th. Garage was broken into the week prior. Nearly $2000+ items missing from the garage. It gets better, there were items missing from the house itself as well, no sign of breaking and entry there. There was a broken window to the garage, but a thick piece of wood had been nailed behind the broken window to prevent entry. What's interesting is that there is a larger window to the garage, that could have been easily broken to allow easy entry with no hindrance from the wood which was nailed behind the broken window, which only a child could possibly enter from. The only people who had access to the house was the property management company and myself. In seven years that I've owned the property there has never been any burglary, until now.

It gets better. It turned out after I spoke with Dana that the cleaners were her daughter's company. She said that they are so trustworthy and they would never do anything like that. Really! They have been so petty as to even steal the toilet paper holder from the house. No cleaning was done. Yet Clayton says that I owe him nearly $300 for cleaning fee. They sure did clean out my place very well. They stole over $2000+ worth of items. Now I'm stuck, because I'm locked into a one year contract with these people. I'm going to hire an attorney to go after them.

Please stay away, there are much better options out there!

Worst, If I could do negative stars I would. Went from bad management to worse... The new manager as he calls himself is Brian. RUN FAST DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they do not care for the clients they only care to bully you and get money. MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY not for the people. They are lazy and will not fix anything with out constant supervision, be weary, they will try to sweet talk you all smiles and then you sign, and they only want money do not care about living conditions! I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH PICK ANY OTHER REAL ESTATE COMPANY... ANY OTHER ONE! They are lazy lazy lazy, especially the new manager who has an excuse for everything... he's never wrong and can't understand how to communicate effectively. Like I said, he will smooth you over to get his money but thats all the whole company cares about. Getting what they want not interested in the renter! RUN

I wouldn't recommend this management company ever!! I had the worst experienced with the owner Donna, she was the rudest, unprofessional person I had the PLEASURE to talk to.... and I was a client of theirs. ZERO STARS!!!!
