One employee is very rude and treats hard working single mothers who just can't quite make it with their own paycheck, like pieces of trash. I have experienced her treating me that way on several occasions years ago and have heard from other good people in the area that she does the same to them. It's very frustrating and embarrassing to have to go there and apply for benefits in the first place. Then to have a horribly rude receptionist who seems to hate everyone that comes into the office for help makes the experience extra humiliating! Get rid of that lady!! I wish I knew her name... She's the dark haired "witch" (in a bad way) sitting behind the desk when you first come in. No one should be made to feel that way when in need. I am a professional employee who works in local government... I just cannot make it financially when I am not getting child support... and BARELY scrape by then. How dare her!! I pray that she gets back exactly what she dished out to me and so many others over the years she's been working at the Hemphill office!!
