The florist department is horrible! My SIL in NY bought an arrangement for her bros. funeral and it didn't get to me until the day AFTER! I can hardly keep the plant alive it was infested with powdery mildew and it still won't bloom.....3 years later!!!! I haven't trashed it because it was for his funeral.
