A clean environment to work out in. Nice employees, and people around. A little confined; They have put a lot of equipment and rooms in a small area. It is a little stuffy once it starts to get packed. Parking isn't very great but I wouldn't judge by that.

Work out room, play area and a gym for kids.

Child care offered at different times of the day for youngsters. I wasn't real impressed. Basically it is just an adult sitting in with baby and toddlers. My little one usually just sleeps so it works for now. It oculd be better if there was maybe an organized game/activity going on for toddlers and in a bigger room with windows to see outside.
