Provided by YP.comDr. Moats himself was fine, but my experience with his billing department was atrocious from the start, which is why I left his office. Now, well over a year later, I received a bill that had "previous balance" listed (from what I'm assuming is insurance discrepancy), along with months' of "finance" charges. Again, absolutely unacceptable. I'm paying just to be done with his office, but I do not recommend.
