Provided by YPmobileI agree if zero was an option
My new 2015 ram went to c&p for a deep scratch in drivers rear fender. Picked up truck at evening time looked ok in failing sunlight . The next well lit morning I noticed what a hack job it was. Terrible bondo application poor sanding and blocking inexperienced painting bubbles debris imperfections rough over spray inside fuel door and on front of bed. And to top it off the plastic bed side cap on top of bed was broken upon removal and attempted to be fixed with rolled up TAPE to hold it down. Totally Unprofessional hacks to return a vehicle to a customer like that
STAY AWAY from c&p body shop on raleigh Rd in henderson

Provided by YP.comI would have given them a zero if that option was available! Boyd of Henderson carried my new vehicle to these incompetents not once, but twice within one week. After their first so called repair it had to be returned because they let the paint run and dry. Then I get it back and there are specks or "bubbles" in the finish. To really make matters worse, the color doesn't match. My advice is to stay as far away as possible from this shop!

Provided by YP.com• Liberty Mutual told me to get an estimate at this shop and claimed they offered lifetime warranty on their work.
• The service rep estimated my work on Tuesday before the 3-day Labor Day weekend. Since I was paying for my own car rental, I told him I wanted to bring it in after the 3-day weekend, unless they could get the work done by the Friday before. He assured me it would be done before the 3-day weekend.
• A shop technician called me on Thu. Evening and told me they were a person short on the day I had brought my car in, so it didn’t get started until Wednesday.
• This bad-faith estimate cost me an extra $100 in car rental, which they flatly refused to discount from my payment of their bill.
• On the following Tuesday, when I arrived to pick up my car, I saw they had taken the gold emblem letters off my trunk lid, and replaced them with cheaper chrome ones, which are now mis-matched with the letters on the front of the car. They laughed at me when I pointed it out and insisted that they put gold letters back on. Then they told me it was a discontinued Honda part. After I drove home and found gold letter kits on ebay, they told me they could have my letters plated while I waited, so I made another trip to their shop to avoid being ripped off the $200 they were saving on the chrome kit at my expense.
• The first time I hand-washed my car (a week after they painted it), I discovered defects in the paint job which I hadn’t seen in their parking lot: tiny paint chips in the base-coat and painted over with clear-coat; tiny paint chips in the clear coat itself (these reflect contaminated paint room); paint overrun/buildup along left and right edges of trunk lid; large paint drip, dried, hanging off the right corner of the trunk lid, which broke off when I touched it with my finger and left behind a larger chip in the clear coat.
• I don’t want to ever take my car back here again, and I’ve told all my friends to avoid this shop. I’m also firing Liberty Mutual, which seems to be a major source of referrals for this shop.
