For further information and explanation regarding treatment options, please see our Services page.When first walking in to our center to establish care, please expect 2-4 hours from start to finish depending upon how busy it is at the time as it is generally based on a "first-come, first-served" basis. After establishing yourself as a client, all appointments with a clinician or a doctor are scheduled.

I like my psychiatrist but to speak with her u have to go thru the nurse who never answers the phone. She doesn't call u back and it goes straight to vm . The front staff is rude. I explained what was going on regarding the vs and they ask if I left a msg and states she has 72hrs to return the call. I am having a severe side effects from it and they still told me to leave a msg. They see to many clients and don't have the room to accommodate anymore ppl due to staff:patient ratio. Unfortunately there are hardly any psychiatrists in this area too. The times I have spoken to my doc she doesn't even remember me and forgot to list one of my meds she prescribed me I my chart. It's just chaos!
