Waiting room is small and I started turning blue because it was so cold. The woman at the desk and frankly everyone in the office seemed clueless and rude. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and waited forty five minutes after my appointment time until I was called back. Not once while in the wailing room did I see someone leave the back. What could the doctor possibly be doing?

you never have to have a case of nerves when going here. dr moss is very kind and gentle. excellent !
