The food was disgusting! Worst I have ever had anywhere! Oysters were burned and tasted old. Popcorn shrimp was obviously frozen and could not be found for the breading. I was afraid to eat the coleslaw because it was warm. Hushpuppy rings were awful. The only thing edible was the baked potato. The wait staff was horrible; inattentive, disorganized, and uncaring. I received a "So What" shrug when I complained about the food. The tables and floors were sticky and generally nasty and the dining room had a garbage funk smell to it. I am so mad at myself for dropping $20 for the experience. I bypassed 220 Seafood in Henderson because it was so crowded, to eat at this sorry restaurant. Never again!!!!

Food is okay but very, very overpriced for an economically depress area. Mayflower in Greensboro, Reidsville prices are much cheaper! $40 for 4 crab leg clusters is ludacris! You can drive 30 mins Durham, Raleigh and get ALL you crabs for the same price! The charge fine dining prices but is not!

Saw billboard on I-85 and stopped because we're seafood lovers and we LOVED it! We enjoyed the whole atmosphere! The Mayflower salad and the blooming onion were to die for! We highly recommend

GO EAT HERE TODAY!! You're totally missing out, if you love seafood! Portions are for 3 days and so fresh... everyone is so sweet

I wanted to take the moment to give this place the 5 stars it deserves...it has come along way from its rocky start ...very friendly and professional staff. Must try lunch time great new dishes...beef tips over rice...only $6 .00...baby shrimp out of this world ....keep up the good work....will be having my sons birthday in your private dinning area...march...also this Restuarants menu is not Chinese ...but fish fish fish...and for those like my son ...freshly battered chicken tenders...

We arrived right around 6 p.m. but it took an hour to be seated. Saturday night/Valentine's Day so we kind of expected it. Waitress was terrific - took her time to explain offerings, starters and bar drinks. Salad a little much dressing but otherwise okay. Blooming onion for starters and that was fine. I had the broiled seafood platter and wife had fried. Broiled I think better because you can see the seafood ! Wife was not all that hungry after mixed drink, blooming onion and salad. Took a to go platter. Cost - reasonable. Bonus-good waitress ! We will go back on a slower off night though.

We tried the Mayflower tonight for the first time ever. We usually go to Ruby Tuesday's for their salad bar, but thought we'd give the new fish place a try since there's not much to choose from in Henderson.

Service was great, very friendly. We ordered the Monday night special fried baby flounder and a grilled salmon steak, both done perfectly and there was alot of fish on each plate. We shared a dinner salad that was tasteless, a salad bar would be a nice addition. We both had baked potatoes with our dinners that were terrible, the skins were black, the potatoes were barely warm. I don't know were they get the coleslaw that comes with each meal...maybe from KFC, that stuff is nasty. Since I'm not from the south, I do not care for those hush puppie things.

But it was a cheap meal, $20 plus the tip. Remember to always tip your server, they don't cook the food, they just serve it!

I imagine we eat there again sometime.
