Pitiful. Just pitiful. Kids running a business.

Rude and obnoxious. Don't go there.

I've been going here ever since it first opened. The owner(s) have always been friendly towards me and taking time with my 7 year old male shih tzu. Never received any "attitude" from them. Only one time I got upset was when my dog got his foot caught in the grate that is in one of the cages. Since that no problems! She does a good job grooming my dog.

Took my wife's Maltese in for her grooming appointment and there was a missing understanding about schedule time. All I did was walk in the door and I get nothing but attitude from these people. What a way to treat a long time customer. Will never go back
