HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was traveling to a campground at Kerr Lake from out of town with a truck insert camper on a Friday evening when my front tire suddenly shredded. A good Samaritan stopped and helped me change the tire and I was able to make it to the campground Friday night. Saturday morning I called around to find a tire shop that was both open on Saturday and with the truck tire size I needed. Pete Smith's Tire & Axle on Andrews Ave in Henderson, NC cheerfully answered and said they had my size and to get the truck there asap so they could get it fixed. I found the employees to be super nice and the shop was very clean and efficient. I was in and out in an hour with two new tires, feeling much better about my camping weekend that started out on a bad note. I even left with a bottle of their delicious Shop Sauce, a BBQ sauce made by the owners of the shop! Very, very nice people and great service!!

don't go to these people went in for a coolant leak on my chevy g30 van it was leaking from a plactic valve behind the ac compressor they broke my ac ended up paying a lot in the long run to correct what they broke

If i could give zero stats i would. Came in for four new tires. I was the only person in waiting area for half an hour. Several people came in after me and we're help first, I assumed they had appointments. After one and a half hours they told me they would get to me soon. At 2 hours they did a walk in inspection before me and another with a "noise". Two hours and fifteen minutes had had enough. They then offered to do the tires right then. I had waited long enough and figured once my car was finally in the shop they would not be worried about me leaving so wwho knows how much longer it would be. I will not ever go back!!!
