This company aerated and reseeded my lawn. They did not mark irrigation heads and their machine ran oer one of them, breaking it. $113 to another company to repair. Their machinery tore up my front yard. It rained very hard right after seeding, apparently washing a lot of it away. Mr Reyes has said he guaranteed grass. He came out and looked at the no germination and said it would grow. It didn't. He did not respond to my calls or emails asking him to redo the work until I told him I had filed with the NCAG. Then he called immediately, saying he had a new inexperienced crew, had several large projects and that people with contracts took priority over me. He had presented me with a contract $360/mo year round and I told him I could not afford that. After that, he seemed to lose interest in working for me. My once plush lawn is now dirt with only clumps of grass in the backyard. The front yard has a big swath of dirt across it where his machinery tore it up and no grass has grown. It is too late to get somebody else to reseed so I must live with this unsightly lawn for the next year. Very unhappy with this although last year Mr. Reyes did a beautiful job on my lawn. What has changed? I dont know but obviously will not be hiring him again.

This company services several yards in my community. We do not use their services but are familiar with their work. We have had issues with them blowing a neighbors leaves into our yard and disposing of tarps full of leaves in our yard as well. I have also seen them do the same to other neighbors who use a different lawn care service. They frequently block the road in my neighborhood and make it very difficult and dangerous for traffic to pass through safely. The latest issue with this company was one of its workers cursing at a neighbor as she passed by in her vehicle with her child. Each problem has been brought to the attention of the owner of this company but problems still continue. I would never recommend using this lawn care as they are extremely unprofessional.
