If you like quality service, pass this one up! I only chose 1 star as it is a required FIELD.

This hotel is a nightmare, in all areas.

Very low quality, but you get what you pay for and the

biggest problem was the employees.

Then when you get poor service and go to the manager

and he gives you more issues than the employees you

know and understand why.

I ended up not staying and the clerk gave me a receipt that I would not be charged, and the Manager then dishonored the request and told me I was only mad because I tried to get something for free and it didn't work for me!

GO TO JAMESON or HAMPTON INN in Henderson, both excellent employees and superb customer service.

Whole area a little shabby around Sleep Inn and parking lot seemingly unsafe. Remember, you get no help from the management here if you end up having an issue and that doesn't happen very much but no emphasis on customer service here -- Again

LOW QUALITY = POOR SERVICE.

Nice

This is a nice place to stay. It is quiet and near many area restruants the staff are freindly. The room was clean. Internet service worked great. It has an exercise room to enjoy. The free breakfast had a great selection. The bed slept great! I would definately stay here again for the price I could never beat it.

A Excellent Choice for a Hotel in Columbia

Loved the staff and the rooms looked awesome. Bed were super comfortable and the free happy hour was a great top off. Thanks for the great stay guys!!!!!
